Shipping Policy:
Saint-Lio ships only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please email hey@saint-lio.com within 5 business days, including photos of the damage, so we can assist you further.
If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, shipping costs will be charged. Please check all address details before placing your order. This also applies to parcels delivered to a pickup point that are not collected; shipping costs will be charged.
